The Greco, and Platero and I

Our logo

Hello everyone! Finally we are all done with our logo ! In order to do our logo we have used three main tools: PicMonkey, Magisto and Aurasma. First of all, we chose an image from Internet ( with the appropiated license) and edited it with the tool PicMonkey. Secondly, we created a video with a tool called Magisto and later on we uploaded that video to Youtube. After we were done with the picture and our video,we register in Aurasma where we created a channel ,uploaded our image and our video so all you can see our logo with an augmented reality ! We will explain you more in detail how could you use all these tools but for now we only want you to be able to see our logo, so you need to follow the next steps:

1. Download the app called "Aurasma" with your movile device.

2. Register in Aurasma.

3. Look for our channel : artandmusic´s Channel , and follow it.

4. Scan the image of our logo ( the image behind) and .... We hope you like it :D.

Collaborative presentation

-Education mission-

We have been working hard in our collaborative presentation, and finally we think we have created a nice and funny one.

We have used the tool Powtoow, which is a free online animated presentation tool with a host of features for bringing alive whatever message you may wish to share. It has an inbuilt bank of graphics, all of which can have a variety of animations applied, and sequenced and re-sequenced to best illustrate any message. This tool also allows users create and save different presentations and upload any completed presentations directly to YouTube. For all this features and also because it is very attractive and motivated for children we have chosen this tool.

Sharing our e-project with the world

Today our class has presented the e-project, in which we have been working during three months, in the 7th Virtual Round Table Web Conference.Our teacher, Mª Jesus, had asked us to participate in The Virtual Round Table Conference, and all of us were a little confused about what this will consist of. This kind of site is an annual web conference for language learning technologies, where teacher and experts share with the world their projects.

We have to own up that at the beginning we were a little afraid to share our e-project in such a huge way but we are now very pleased to have taken part in this conference for several reasons. Firstly, it was a new experience for us and secondly, because we could see how amazed the people were about our work and some of them said that they will try these tools with other students.

Although the performance took place today, the first checking sound was yesterday and the second one today just before starting. Once that we were on live, Angelika Güttel- Strahlhofer let our teacher, Mª Jesus, to give a brief introduction about our presentation , and after that, all our mates introduce their projects and explain them with more detail.All of us were very nervous, but finally it came out in a brilliant way in spite of some sound problems in some of the presentations. Even though, we are really proud of the final results and we have not enough words to grate all the people who make this project come true.

Our group has count with our brilliant partner Eva Garcia Paton (by the way she did it great!), who

has explained our e-project called “Enjoy learning: Music and art”, which it was created to celebrate

the anniversary of The Greco and Platero and I.

We had used different tools and apps in order to make this e-project come true. Thank to Angelika Güttel- Strahlhofer also to give some extra time to be able to present all of the e-projects. And last but not least, thanks so much to our wonderful teacher to challenge us with such amazing work. We really have learnt a lot from you, as you would say, thanks a bunch! ;P
